And finally, my collections from Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary. First of all, a big thanks to the Ernakulam Press Club and the Forest Department for giving me this wonderful opportunity.
Overall, I could photograph about two dozen species of birds during the three-day stay at Chinnar. Many more I missed in a fraction of a second!
I am obsessed with ‘flying beauties’, but it was extremely difficult to spend time at a single point as we were always on the move.
Behind every single beautiful frame, there is patience. And, of course, many missed actions in split seconds!!
Yet, it was a great feeling to be there in the middle of the forest when actions were unfolding and capturing them. For me, every moment is a learning curve, teaching me something or the other.
The amazing color combinations of these tiny beauties are a gift from God. Their existence is always linked to our existence, too. Therefore, it’s our duty to preserve nature in every possible way we can.
Finally, a big thanks to each and every one of the members of the wonderful team. I hope we will meet again, somewhere in some forest, very soon. Till then, thank you all.
